The left-back may still make his way to the San Siro, according to his representative.
Porto’s youngster Aly Cissokho nearly completed a transfer to Milan before a failed medical, due to an alleged problem with his teeth. However, the player’s agent, Fabrizio Ferrari, claims he could still make his way to Serie A.
“Currently, the negotiations have not been completely abandoned, but at the moment nothing is happening, we’ll see in the coming days,” he explained to MilanNews.
“Aly wants Milan, his desire is undoubtedly Milan.”
However, the representative also made it clear that his client had other suitors.
“So far only Lyon has made an offer, but it was rejected. We were only focusing on Milan, unfortunately now we also have to pursue other options,” he confirmed.
Cissokho just joined Porto in January 2009, but his excellent performances under coach Jesualdo Ferreira have made him one of the top prospects in Europe.
Yesterday, Rossoneri vice-president Adriano Galliani claimed that Cissokho was no longer an objective on the transfer market.
