Ronaldinho could take the field for Brazil in November after a lengthy absence, with Santos teenager Neymar also in line to return…
Milan playmaker Ronaldinho could be in line to make a return to the Brazilian national team, after coach Mano Menezes refused to rule out picking the 30-year-old for the Selecao’s upcoming friendly against South American rivals Argentina.
Menezes is set to pick the players to take on the Albiceleste tomorrow morning, and in the past month has attended games featuring the ex-Barcelona star. Leaving the CBF compound yesterday, the former Corinthians tecnico tantalised reporters by hinting that the player could make a return in the Canarinha.
“You’re not going to ask if I am going to call up Ronaldinho, are you? Let’s leave that for Friday,” Menezes teased waiting journalists, according to Globoesporte.
Santos teenager Neymar is also rumoured to be in line for a recall after being dropped for disciplinary reasons. The forward would link up with former team-mates Robinho and Andre once more as Menezes continues his policy of looking towards the future in team selection.
