Milan have once again signalled their intention to bring Mario Balotelli back to Italy, after his sparkling display for Manchester City at Old Trafford.
Despite Mario Balotelli scoring twice in the Manchester derby yesterday there are still rumours linking him with a move back to his homeland, with Milan the interested party.
Balotelli, 21, has made it quite clear in the past that he would love to play for Milan, something that is not lost on Adriano Galliani, the chief executive of the Rossoneri.
Galliani has been speaking to the the Italian press and said, “Balotelli is my passion, he’s a great player. Take him to Milan? Who knows, for now it remains a passion. Ibrahimovic and Balotelli will compensate each other, they would be good together.”
Balotelli has scored six goals in five games this season and is enjoying his best spell in a City shirt since his arrival last season. He looks as though he is settled in Manchester for now, though you never know when he will next implode. Galliani will be keeping a close eye on Balotelli and should things turn sour he is sure to make his move.
