Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi believes Tevez would win the Ballon d’Or if he moved to the San Siro and urged the Argentinian to chose the Rossoneri over Paris Saint-Germain.
Carlos Tevez has been told that if he has any ambition whatsoever he will snub the advances of Paris Saint-Germain and push for a move to Milan.
The Argentine will leave Manchester City next month, though his destination is still opaque.
Milan want to take Tevez from Eastlands, but have been unable, as yet, to agree a deal with City.
The resigned Milan president Silvio Berlusconi is still keen to bring Tevez to Serie A and says that he would have more chance flourishing at Milan than at big-spending PSG, who have also been heavily linked with a move for the former Manchester United frontman but have yet to make an official offer.
“If he comes with us, he will win the Ballon d’Or award,” Berlusconi told Gazzetta dello Sport. “Tevez has two options, one which regards prestige and the other one money.
“Milan is prestige and he would have the possibility to showcase his talent around the world and win the Ballon d’Or with us. PSG represents a strong economic force. He must choose between one or the other”, added the Milan supremo.
Tevez will not get that choice unless the clubs meet City’s valuation, while the player himself has recently stated that he wishes to return to former club Boca Juniors, but according to his agent this statement “was said few months ago”.
