Juventus Linked With Milan Veterans Alessandro Nesta & Clarence Seedorf

Milan duo may join title rivals Juventus after end of season…

The Gazzetta dello Sport is today speculating that Juventus may show an interest in Clarence Seedorf should he leave Milan.

The Dutchman is one of numerous veterans at San Siro who are only contracted to the club until June 2012.

According to the report, Juve will consider making a move should theRossoneri not offer the midfielder a new deal.

Juventus made a similar swoop for Andrea Pirlo last summer, a successful transfer which the Old Lady are keen to mirror.

Pirlo has also confirmed that he has spoken to Alessandro Nesta about the Turin giants, another Milan player who has just months left on his current agreement.

“Nesta to Juve next year? We have indeed discussed this option,” Pirlo told Sky Italia.

“However, in the end this is something personal. He already plays at a great team. We’ll see what he decides at the end of the season.”

Pirlo swapped Milan for Juve at the end of last term and has played an important role in his new team’s title challenge this season.

  1. Both were giants for an incredible number of seasons, but i’s time to part company with them.

And who is going to replace Seedorf?

    • Completely agree…
I guess we have already found Nesta’s replacement – Acerbi (+Astori).
Seedorf’s? We’re gonna have to wait for summer to come to find out 🙂
