The Italian giants have an exchange deal on their minds…
Milan have enquired about Napoli full-back Andrea Dossena, according to the player’s representative.
Rossoneri boss Massimiliano Allegri is not entirely satisfied with his left-back options that include Djamel Mesbah and Luca Antonini and it looks as though the talented boss is looking for a new left-sided player.
Milan were recently linked with a move for Napoli full-back Andrea Dossena, and the player’s agent now confirms the Italian giants are indeed interested.
“I had contact with Adriano Galliani as I also represent Stephan El Shaarawy, but inevitably we also talked about Dossena,” agent Roberto La Florio told Radio Sport 24.
“There has not been a formal offer, as we just discussed things.”
However, the latest Corriere dello Sport reports say that a deal could be on the table, as Milan are set to offer Luca Antonini in exchange.
The 30-year-old managed to kick-start his career following a disappointing spell at Liverpool, but he has since fallen behind Jose Zuniga in the pecking order.
Dossena has, nonetheless, clocked up 33 Serie A appearances this season and scored two goals in the process.
