Portuguese defender has set his sights on a move to Milan this summer…
Porto defender Rolando has stated his desire to move away from the Portuguese powerhouse and his preferred destination is the red half of Milan.
The Diavolo are looking for a new centre-back and the Portuguese stopper has been linked with the San Siro giants.
“I am waiting for a call from Milan,” the 26-year-old told the Corriere dello Sport. “I’ll only accept that destination if I leave Porto.”
Turkish club Fenerbahce are understood to have made a €10 million offer for thecentre-back and Milan are ready to bid the same amount. Porto want €15 million.
Rolando is currently on €1.1 million a season, while the Diavolo are ready to tempt him with an initial salary of €1.4 million. His wage will gradually rise.
The Portuguese international has a contract with his current club until 2016 and his rescission clause is set at a massive €30 million.
