Kaka’s Return To Milan Back On Track As Talks Continue

Milan is back on Kaka, as these days are expected to be crucial…

Kaka’s place at Real Madrid remains unclear after coach Jose Mourinho left the former Ballon d’Or winner out of the squad for the Spanish Super Cup match at Barcelona later on Thursday. The 30-year-old Brazilian midfielder was a surprise omission for the first leg at Camp Nou.

Milan has been after the former Golden Boy for some time and is attempting to reach a satisfactory agreement with the Spanish club. Attempts thus far have been in vain, but there is still time for Kaka to rejoin the Rossoneri. This omission is the “wake up call” that Milan have been waiting on for a long time.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, super agent Ernesto Bronzetti has travelled to Spain for talks with Real Madrid president Florentino Perez, as he was spotted near “Hotel del Real” earlier today. Media claim that the meeting has already been held, whilst another one is about to follow as we await the super clash of Real Madrid and Barcelona. Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marcio has confirmed this as well.

Milan expect for Bronzetti to manage to convince Perez to let the former Brazil international to re-join Milan on loan. The plan is simple: Kaka doesn’t longer belong into coach Mourinho’s plans and Real Madrid won’t be willing to listen to loan offers.

However, they may be forced to accept Milan’s loan proposal as the Brazilian is considered to take extra room in squad. Another plus for the Italian giants is that Modric’s arrival at Real Madrid depends on Kaka’s return.
