Milan plan on reinforcing the team with few quality players in January…
Milan are reportedly lining up a €13 million January offer for PSV Eindhoven midfielder Kevin Strootman.
The 22-year-old had already been linked with a Serie A switch in recent months, while he is also of interest to Manchester United, Hamburg, Schalke 04 and Liverpool.
According to Dutch media, the Rossoneri have set aside €13 million to create the Oranje midfield with summer signing Nigel De Jong.
His contract with PSV expires in June 2016 and there are rumours Milan are moving now to ensure his price-tag doesn’t soar too much in the next few months.
