Milan-Cagliari: The Line-Ups + Real Madrid’s Kaka Set For First Start In Cup Fixture

Kaka to make season debut in Di Stefano tribute, whilst Traore is set to debut for Milan in Cagliari clash…

Milan have to reshuffle their line-up against Cagliari as Massimiliano Allegri attempts to stop the rot.

The Rossoneri have lost three of their opening four Serie A games and face down the San Siro taboo, as neither of the Milanese clubs has been able to win on home turf in all competition this season.

Robinho returns to the bench, but Alexandre Pato, Mathieu Flamini, SulleyMuntari, Rodney Strasser and Didac Vila are injured. Kevin-Prince Boateng and Cristian Zapata sit out bans following their red cards in the 2-1 defeat to Udinese on Sunday.

Stephan El Shaarawy, Urby Emanuelson and Giampaolo Pazzini are again up front, but the changes are elsewhere with Bakaye Traore, Mattia De Sciglio and Philippe Mexes starting. The Cagliari clash could be a turning point in Milan’s coach problems.

Official line-up: Abbiati; Abate, Bonera, Mexes, De Sciglio; Traore, De Jong, Montolivo; Emanuelson, El Shaarawy, Pazzini.

In the meantime, Milan’s former jewel, Kaka will tonight make his first appearance of the season in a friendly against Colombian side Millionaros.

The former Ballon d’Or winner hasn’t featured for Los Blancos since pre-season, when he was close to a return to former club Milan, before talks fell through. But he will be given a run out tonight when Real host Millionaros at the Bernabeu in a match designed to honor Alfredo Di Stefano, who played for both clubs.

Live stream links for both tonight’s games will be posted soon. Real Madrid will play at 20:30 CET and Milan just fifteen minutes later, at 20:45 CET .
