Seems that Galliani has decided to take the matter of turning around the clubs fortune into his own hands…
There are reports in Spanish newspapers that Milan’s CEO Adriano Galliani had Real Madrid talks for Ricardo Carvalho, Raul Albiol and Kaka. The Rossoneri are struggling badly in Serie A this season and coach Massimiliano Allegri is desperate for January reinforcements.
Spanish newspaper Marca is reports that the trip to Madrid has occurred in order to discuss bringing former player Kaka back to San Siro, as ever. The player himself has previously stated that he would be open to a move back to Italy after failing to nail a regular first team spot under Jose Mourinho.
Milan tried to get the playmaker back this summer, but Real Madrid refused to release him on loan and his wages are currently beyond the Rossoneri’s salary cap.
Another Ricardo, this time Portuguese veteran Carvalho has already been told by Mourinho that he is not needed at the Bernabeu, so would be available and potentially on a loan deal.
27-year-old defender Raul Albiol, who has fallen down the pecking order, is considered another option to strengthen the back line.
