Milan Weighing Up Move For Pescara’s Vladimir Weiss

Manchster City flop to tryout in red and black?

Russian newspaper Izvestia has revealed that Milan are once again looking at Pescara’s winger Vladimir Weiss.

Weiss joined Serie A promoted side Pescara in August 2012, where he seems to have been playing out of his skin for the side which is rock bottom of the table with a seven point gap to Genoa. He only has few months left on his contract with the Delfini, and he looks set to leave the Serie A strugglers in the summer.

There were rumors in the past that the 23-year-old star has agreed to join Milan next term. This time, the latest jibber-jabber is edging closer to confirming that.

To spicy it all up, the Slovak’s father has admitted that his son has offers from Italy and other top European leagues.

“Vladimir’s contract with Pescara ends in the summer and he will have to decide his future,” Vladimir Weiss senior told Izvestia. “At the moment, he has several offers from Italy and other European championships.”

The Slovakia international began his professional career at Manchester City, but never managed to get a real chance at the Premier League champion. He was played out at Bolton, Rangers and Espanyol as a result of this disappointing chapter.
