Allegri’s official resignation is expected to arrive next…
Milan have already had reached an agreement in principle with former star and newly granted coach Clarence Seedorf, reports Odeon TV. Seedorf is expected to sign a two-year contract with a salary of €1.5 million per term.
The 37-year-old Dutch star, who has just finished his playing career, had in fact held talks with Milan’s president Silvio Berlusconi as early as in February. It is only one of the vast poofs that Berlusconi was dissatisfied with Allegri for a very long period of time, with the strong will and grand determination of appointing a new coach as another sign.
In addition, the same source revealed that Roma’s sporting director Walter Sabatini has traveled to Milan so as to finalize Allegri taks and finally bring the Livorno-born boss at the Stadio Olimpico. However, neither one report hasn’t been put on the same table with its confirmation, yet.
We all know that with great power comes great responsibility. In order to avoid any obstacles in doing a good coaching job, it is believed that Seedorf has already chosen the main targets for next term.
One of them is Santos’ midfielder Arouca, who may be easily lured with the helping hand of former Santos product Robinho. The probable scenario has an exchange written all over it with the expected addition of some bonus cash. The rest of the targets list includes Dutch stars, such as Feyenoord’s defender Bruno Martins Indi, PSV’s midfielder Kevin Strootman and Ajax’s star Christian Eriksen.
In the meantime, current holder of the job, Allegri remained coy after meeting club’s CEO Adriano Galliani on Wednesday, refusing to answer reporters when asked if he was still the Milan coach.
