Another transfer saga has just been re-opened…
According to Sky Sport 24, Milan have started negotiations over Manchester City’s striker Carlos Tevez, as the Argentine’s representative is reportedly holding talks with CEO Adriano Galliani in Milan.
Earlier this week, Galliani suggested that the club may come back knocking on the door with an offer for striker Carlos Tevez this summer. However, it wasn’t expected that that could happen this early.
Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzo has just revealed that Tevez’s agent Kia Joorabchian landed in Milan and went on to meet the Rossoneri’s officials right away.
The Italian side are keen to cash in on striker Robinho, so that they could later use the funds to lure Tevez at the San Siro. Reports say that an agreement on the salary has been reached, which would be the same amount of money that the Brazilian earns per year – €5 million.
Though Sportmediaset later stepped up claiming that Joorabchian also met with Juventus officials, club’s director Giuseppe Marotta was quoted saying the Turin side won’t won’t take part in a bidding war.
