Former Roma flop may return to Serie A…
According to L’Equipe, Milan have set sights on Paris Saint-Germain’s out-of-order striker Jeremy Menez.
The French international, who can play both as a winger an centre forward, is deemed as the ideal replacement for injured striker Giampaolo Pazzini.
Milan were tracking Menez during his Roma time, but eventually missed out on him in 2011. As his contract with PSG runs out in June 2014, the French title holders could sell him so as to not witness him leaving on a Bosman deal next summer.
In fact, he has reportedly expressed his desire to return to Serie A, as Fiorentina and Juventus are also said to be interested in his services.
The 26-year-old made 30 appearances in Ligue 1 the past season, scoring five goals and providing seven assists for his team-mates.
