After so many years of torturing everyone, I’m glad to announce that the torturing has come to an end!
– Kaka finally spoke on on his Milan return!!
“The negotiations were long and tough. I am very happy (with the result).
“I want to thank the fans and the teammates for the appreciation. I’m finally home!”, Kaka told La Gazzeta dell Sport before getting into the private jet.
“I watched my Milan yesterday and I’m so happy for Robinho’s goal. I can’t wait to return at the San Siro.
“In addition, I will again wear the jersey No. 22.”
– The official confirmation has arrived!
“Adriano Galliani and Milan have concluded the transfer of Ricardo Kaka at 02:30-03:00 late last night. Kaka will sign a two-year contract until 30 June 2015”, read the statement on Milan’s official website.
It is over, the saga is finally over: Kaka will go for his second spell at Milan!!
After couple of hours filled with tension and anxiety, at exactly 03:00 am, Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio announced that Kaka has agreed personal terms with Milan.
CEO Adriano Galliani had earlier reached an agreement with Real Madrid, but the agreement with the Brazilian was the thing that was missing. Now that it is all done, Galliani will return to Milan at 12:00 CET alongside his “prodigal son”. Kaka will undergo a medical at the Busto Arsizio hospital immediately after arriving and is later expected to pay a visit to his old field, Milanello.
As a free agent, the Brazilian star has signed a two-year contract with Milan which will make him earn €4 million per each season. Of course, the bonuses will not be missed, as he and his former side Real Madrid are going to get them.
The 31-year-old midfielder could get up to €400,000 of bonuses, whilst the Madrid giants might earn up to €5 millions based on Kaka’s performances, his possible international return or in case Milan win a title.
More details to follow later!
